The Collab Lab directed by Dr. Emily Treichler is hiring a study coordinator primarily for an RCT of a collaborative decision-making intervention for veterans with psychosis. Other work focuses on cultural tailoring of that intervention for veterans of color, and understanding individual and systemic facilitators and barriers to engagement in decision-making and other aspects of treatment from a person-centered perspective. Responsibilities include recruitment, mixed methods data collection and analysis, database management, administrative duties, working in interdisciplinary clinical setting and on mixed stakeholder team including researchers, Veterans, and clinicians. Grant is 30 hours/week, can be supplemented with other funding for full time 40 hours/week with benefits if desired (would work on other projects).
